She is an MBA – HR from Symbiosis, PGDBM from IIMF, Graduate with major in psychology, MDU, SIDBI Certified Entrepreneurship Coach, NLP & behavior analyst, TTT PoSH Trainer & Consultant, PSEA by the UN. Before embarking on journey as an consultant and freelance trainer for life skills, HR and DE&I, She was a CHRO with PWTPL, having a long span of more than 19 years working on senior/top and challenging positions in HR and customer care with Indian and International organizations such as Maruti Udyog, PWTPL, GE, TNT and few more to her credit.
