Graciela De Oto is a dedicated advocate for female empowerment and has actively supported female entrepreneurs and women's organizations since 2004. Born in Buenos Aires, Graciela pursued her studies in marketing and achieved both an MBA and a Ph.D. Her unwavering commitment to advancing women's societal roles inspired her to establish the Suma Veritas Foundation, a platform through which she leads multidisciplinary teams to empower women and foster their success in various fields. She has spearheaded training initiatives and legislative projects aimed at promoting women's equality and has collaborated with prominent institutions such as the Buenos Aires City Legislature, the Ombudsman's Office, and the Ministry of Social Development of the City to raise awareness about the wage gap between men and women.

Graciela's passion for supporting female entrepreneurs is reflected in her publications, including co-authoring the book "Women in Latin American and Caribbean Organizations" and authoring "Find Your Passion" and "The Four Paths of Entrepreneurship," which provide invaluable guidance for aspiring women entrepreneurs, she also wrote another book called “The constitutions of the world and the Gender Pay Gap”, to support her campaign on equal pay. And recently published is the Solopreneur book, a guide for women entrepreneurs.
As an esteemed executive member of renowned international women's organizations, Graciela actively contributes to designing training programs and events. Her expertise in women's issues has brought her worldwide recognition, and she is frequently invited to deliver lectures and participate as a gender panelist at prestigious gatherings such as the G20 conferences held in Argentina, Saudi Arabia, and India. Her remarkable dedication to strengthening female leadership and extensive community service has earned her numerous local and international awards, recognizing her invaluable contributions to society.
