On Tuesday, January 7, I worked with a company to run a
workshop on Self-confidence and Leadership for a small group of employees from a wide variety of backgrounds: cleaning staff, lawyers, engineers and HR!
It's always interesting to see the extent to which the subject of self-confidence is at the heart of everyone's concerns, an inexhaustible subject on which I love to speak! Coupled with the subject of leadership, we were able to reflect on the notions of power and influence that revolve around leadership, and to draw up our own leadership style, whether it's innate or something we want to assert authentically, particularly in relation to our professional responsibilities.
